Data deletion

What is deleted

When you disconnect a social account, we immediately delete: the (encrypted) access tokens for that account, its identifier, its name, its photo, and the entire audience metrics history (followers, reach, impressions, engagements) that we had recorded. Nothing is retained, except for technical backups purged within 30 days.

When you delete your UNVRS account, we additionally delete your profile, your portfolio and your media.

1. Disconnecting a social account

  1. Sign in to UNVRS and open your dashboard.
  2. Under connected accounts, select the account (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat) and click Disconnect.
  3. The connection, its tokens and its history are deleted immediately.

Please also remember to revoke the authorization on the platform side: on Facebook, Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites; on Instagram, Settings → Security → Apps and websites.

2. From Facebook or Instagram (automatic)

When you remove the UNVRS application from your Meta Apps and websites and request the deletion of your data, Meta calls our deletion endpoint (https://unvrsagency.com/api/meta/data-deletion). We verify the signature of the request, delete all your Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp connections (including tokens and metrics) and return a confirmation code to Meta. You will then find, in your Meta settings, a link to this page with that code and the status of the request.

3. Deleting your entire UNVRS account

Write to us at contact@unvrsagency.com from your account’s email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account, the profile, the portfolio, the media and all social connections, and we confirm this to you within 30 days at most (generally within a few days).

4. By email, for any other request

Access, rectification, portability or partial deletion: contact@unvrsagency.com. Please state your account’s email address and, for a social account, the platform and the account name.
